Behind the page

I am Facircle.

I built thefalsesun.net as an independent fan-built home for playing, understanding, and thinking more deeply about The False Sun.

Why this site exists

A browser game page should do more than place an iframe on a blank screen. It should help a new player know what they are opening, explain how the web build behaves, and preserve enough mystery for the story to make its own first impression.

This site brings those responsibilities together. The player is kept immediate and practical, while the surrounding guide, FAQ, videos, and personal writing give the game context that can be read before or after a playthrough.

Play first

Experience before explanation

I play and revisit the material before writing about it. Observations in the guide and review come from direct experience with the browser page, its loading behavior, and the game's narrative choices.

Clear editorial boundaries

The site is an independent fan project, not the game's official developer or publisher. Personal interpretation is presented as interpretation, while practical instructions are tested against the page.

Keep improving

Corrections are welcome

If a factual detail, link, image credit, or technical instruction needs correction, email me with the page address and the relevant passage. I review useful reports and update the site when verification supports it.

Other projects

Other browser game pages

Facircle also maintains a small browser game collection for related no-install game pages, including Cobb Can Move.
